Excellent built unit and great signal improvement.

I was apprehensive about getting this unit after trying the Weboost 4GX that for some reason just did not work for me and ended up returning. The SureCall Fusion2Go did a fantastic job on my recent trip to the Southwest. For much of the areas we camped, there was limited signal but once we turned on the Fusion2Go, we immediately was able to use the much improved signal. For the most part, I got a 20-40 db improvement as long as I had some kind of signal. The areas we visited included, Vermillion Cliffs (White Pocket), Glen Canyon Recreation area (Alstom Point), Grand Canyon North Rim. All with limited signal availability from ATT.I highly recommend getting one if you travel to remote locations with limited signal strength.

Antenna Base Issue

Unit works well but antenna magnet keeps getting detached when switching antenna from one car to another one. The glue holding the magnet to the antenna base is soft and it hasn’t “hardened up”. Thus the magnet stays on the roof of the car when the antenna is pulled off. Maybe my antenna wasn’t assembled properly at the factory? I’ve written to Surecall today to initiate a warranty claim and to request a new antenna base or whatever they want to do to get this resolved. Let’s see what happens.

AMAZING! Purchased for Sprint LTE! Could not be happier!!

AMAZING! I talk on my Sprint phone using LTE and Google Hangouts, so basically VoLTE. Prior to getting this, my phone calls would fade in and out and even drop out altogether as my LTE signal fluctuated from tower to tower. Using VoLTE makes fluctuating low signals MUCH more noticeable as you can not buffer a telephone call. After I installed my Fusion2Go in my Jeep Wrangler, it made a HUGE difference!!! I LOVE it!! FYI signal bars mean nothing, usability/function increase is how to judge. After using for one week, I have had one call fade for 1 sec and come back and zero dropped calls! Judging by the fact that I can now talk on my phone over LTE without interruption is AMAZING!! Also, I called SureCall technical department before purchase and they were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions and helped me decide on what would best suit my needs. The nature of boosting a cell signal “can” be tricky due to feedback/oscillation. My advice is to call their tech support if you have ANY issues. To give you an idea of how much oscillation can make a difference, I adjusted my home SureCall booster antenna by about 1 in and it took my internet speed from 0.5Mbps to 19Mbps.

Does not Work — DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPAMY

This doesn’t work at all. I installed it exactly as the package states and it just blinks yellow and red at me. I turned the knobs as it says to do for over an hour and it will not turn green and work. I requesting a refund and was turned down online with no calls or emails. The power plug also broke after plugged in a few times. Antenna flew off base while driving.KNOWN ISSUES:1. External antenna came apart from it’s base2. Plug on DC does not work. Must wiggle to get power on then goes off again3. Yellow and red lights only. Will not correct no matter how many times you do what the instructions say.

Great booster radio.

Great radio booster. I use it on a boat. In my marina I get somewhere between 1 and 2 bars on the phone. After the unit installation the phone shows 3, sometimes 4 bars. While the voice quality improved marginally (never had an issue even at 1 bar), the data has improved dramatically. Without the booster I was lucky to get 0.5Mbps. After the installation my average is 4Mbps with bursts up to 7-10Mbps.My only regret is that the cable from the unit to the receiving antenna is a bit short for the boat installation. To date I wasn’t able to find a proper connector for this radio. If anyone knows, I’d appreciate a link.

After buying a high gain outside antennae I still have to hold the inside antennae against my phone for it to work.

Best in its class

Solid performance , solid construction, very well made better than Wilson or whatever their new marketing name is. Only thing is the FME connectors are not a common fitting and the industry seems to have abandoned these, which makes it kinda difficult to adapt to different connectors. But that’s no reason not to buy , great price.

Did not work for me. If I had signal, I didn’t need it and if I didn’t have signal or had a weak signal, the booster gave no help.

Absolute waste of money

Sadly the AGC on this unit seems to be pretty abysmal, and the range of the internal antenna is literally non-existant. We had one of these on both of our vehicles (so 2 units).
