Very cool. Was missing the waterproof cap but I called company and they sent it. Video is excellent and I can slow it down and see good still shots of arrow going 280’ a second.
Great treestand cam
This is the best low light camera that I have used. I prefer the close perspective view of the Tactacam over other action cams and there is little to no setup required once you reach the stand. The cam is well protected in the stabilizer. The low position of the cam makes its use in a blind pointless but we always mount an action cam to the blind so that point is of no concern.
Camera shuts off when the arrow is released
Update: I contacted the support team from Tactacam and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They are sending me a back cap with a pad installed to absorb the shock from the arrow being released. If this works, I will update my rating.I’m really unimpressed with the Tacticam 2.0 Bow package. I’ve shot over a dozen arrows through my bow since I’ve bought this camera. So far the camera has stayed on to record one arrow. Sometimes it shuts off at the same time I release the arrow and sometimes it fails to record all together. So far, all I’ve received is a really expensive stabilizer.
good customer service from them
Thought to use it for muzzleloader hunt. It was cold, 20 degrees and camera would not stay on. Also audio stopped working. Attempted to contact Tactacam but no response either by phone or email. Returned to Amazon, good customer service from them. Had high hopes but was very disappointed. Do not recommend.

grerat product, everythig their, gave it 4 stars because the shipping was slow v, did not even ship unti after the day i was suppose to get it , BUT ……IT DID SHIP TWO DAYS LATER AND WAS AT MY DOOR THE NEXT DAY , FORGET 4 STARS I GIVE IT A 5, IM VERY HAPPY WITH PRODUCT
Cheep and FUZZY video
Cheep! Fuzzy video! Turns off as soon as you shoot your gun. Don’t know if the 3.0 or 4.0 is better but I’m not going to try it unless they give me one for this one. Did call Tactacam and they said it turned off do to the battery. Tactacam said they would send me a new battery but Intel then I needed to put a US quarter inside battery cap. Did that but it covered the microphone up. Still looking for me new battery from two months ago.

Best HD video with awesome clarity. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to film their hunting experience. It also works great when used as a dash cam for taking vacation travel videos with the included mounting hardware.

I was very disappointed in the packaging in this product.. looked used & opened..also didn’t come with any instructions and for the price I would expect my product to be in tip top shape. Very disappointed.

I received this item and it had been used. The package was opened and someone had installed the stabilizer and the adjustment scruews were scratched up.

I love my 2.0 with the stabilizer mount. not with one button I can turn the camera on and record my hunts. Super easy to use and no fisheye like some of the other pov cameras.
