They work great on my Head Graphene Radical MP

I’ve been using these dampeners for about 3-weeks now. They are fantastic. I use them on my Head Graphene Radical MP. They fit nicely on the bottom of the racket face outside of the last cross string. I also use one outside of the last cross string on the top of the racket face. USTA permits multiple devices so long as they are located inside the outside cross strings. The reason I use two is that this particular racket is dead or vibration prone near the top portion of the string bed. I used to use conventional dampeners but they would slide or come off. So far this has not happened with the 21Ksports ones. Note that the outermost portion may occasionally pop off the top string bed. It doesn’t effect my play and I just periodically adjust the dampener at the top between points. I’m a 4.0 player and string my racket with 17G poly at 38 lbs. This string combination and tension with the 21Ksports dampeners works great. Very satisfied.

It’s the best and most average dampener depending on the day

I have a love-hate relationship with this. It’s the best and most average dampener depending on the day, I swear. Not sure why, but it seems like the strings get “stuck” in it, and then it’s not as great of a dampener until I move it around a bit. I’ve tried it in several configurations, and haven’t found the magic placement yet, if it exists. Still better than all the others I’ve tried.

Magic Dampener! I got these because I liked the color, but after I put them on my racket I played the best tennis I’ve every played in my life. Hard to believe it was this dampener, but that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Best damn dampener on the planet.

I love these! I bought new racquets and immediately put these dampeners on. I went to hit with my ball machine and I was wondering, what is the big deal with dampeners anyway, do they even work? Well, yes they do. I can feel less vibrations in my hand, forearm and elbow. But mostly, you will hear the difference. With these dampeners on, my racquet has a pop sound to it, like I’m hitting with pro-level pace. Without the dampener, my racquet has a weak sound to it, can’t describe it, sounds like a “normal” hit. Anyway, try it out, you most likely will like it.

I’m a harsh critic…

Fits all tennis racquets even though at first try it didn’t seem to fit mine. It has an impressively snug fit, so it will never fall off. Really, you only need to purchase one if you use one favorite racquet, not three, but I don’t think one was an option. Three is great if you have three favorite racquets, or two favorite tennis partners who would enjoy the benefit of this product. Why four stars - the product does what is expected but is not a game changer, but I’m a harsh critic.I played a doubles match yesterday. What changed… the sound of the ball hitting the strings - more of a deep sound, slightly reduced vibration from racquet through wrist, slightly more control over the ball return direction, though it could just be my optimistic outlook on that one, and a more professional racquet appearance. I would recommend this dampener.

this is like no other dampener I have ever used

I play tennis 3-4 times a week, so the dampening items I use were eventually frustrating. The 21K Sports product is different than the past more promotional types I used. This feels, and sounds different (which is important to me), and is very secure when placed on the racquet. Time will tell how long this effectiveness lasts, but seems to be made well.So far, this is like no other dampener I have ever used, and would and have recommended it to others. I will say that “installing it” was a bit tricky … I think some simple line drawings illustrating the application would have helped.Thanks,J. Gregory

The Best Dampener

This is the best designed dampener I’ve ever used. If your dampener tends to pop off and/or doesn’t do a very good job of absorbing vibration, purchase this product and you’ll never have those worries again. Great job 21K Sports - highly recommend!

Finally, a dampener that doesn’t pop out easily.

After years of losing tennis vibration dampeners (button dampeners pop out, “snake” dampener break), these dampeners clamp on four separate strings and have not budged. The racket feels (to me) more solid on both full swing strokes and placement shots at the net. I’ve used them for a week of play, and will revise this review if anything changes, but from a week of play I don’t expect I’ll need to.
