All Twisted Veins cables conform to the latest 1.4 HDMI standard and support high speed, Ethernet, audio return, 1080P TVs, 3D TVs, Deep Color, TrueHD, and DTS-HD.

Twisted Veins cables are premium cables with extra shielding, custom stronger connectors, gold plating, and a protective braided jacket.

Twisted Veins cables are available in 3’, 6’, 10’, 15’, and 25’ lengths. Additionally, Twisted Veins offers a 6’ cable two pack, a receiver pack consisting of three 3’ cables and one 10’ cable, and three packs of right angle adapters.

This package includes one Twisted Veins right angle 90° connector, allowing components to have a lower profile for a more flush look and in cases when a straight cable connection is not ideal. Most TVs are designed to be used with either a 90° adapter but some use the alternative 270 degree adapter. Please check your TV for the orientation of the HDMI insert.

Not the “Latest HDMI Standard” as claimed in product summary

These aren’t, according to the information on this product, ACTUALLY the latest HDMI standard.“Latest HDMI Standard (Ethernet, Audio Return, 3D, 1080P)” - The product info goes onto say they’re HDMI 1.4. HDMI 2.0 has been out for quite awhile (since at least 2013), and is needed for 60FPS@4k. Knocked a star off for that incorrect information.Otherwise, they’re pretty nice cables.Edit: After this review, the seller (SPN Performance) contacted me. They issued an immediate refund for the purchase on their own (they asked for my permission to refund - I never requested a refund), and said they’d attempt to get the listing updated.As of the time of this edit (August 18th, 2016), the cables are still listed as “Latest Version”, which is incorrect.Their customer service team is perhaps a bit aggressive in trying to get me to improve my review, with multiple voicemails and e-mails. I don’t mind this so much, but I can’t give a 5 star rating for an item being sold with false or misleading information.

Very sturdy, solid HDMI cables. I am quite impressed for the price paid! The braided jackets make these cables feel like they could withstand a lot of use.Only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because one of the cables does not work. I am not complaining though! I only needed one cable, and for the price, I still feel like it’s a win! Picture is flawless, sound as well. The product functions as expected.Cables connect easily, and fit snugly in all of the HDMI ports I have tried (PS4, WiiU, Vizio 50” smart TV, HP monitor). The 90 degree adapter is a great addition! My TV sits snugly against the wall and the HDMI port is hard to access. The adapter makes it much easier to plug and unplug the cable!Very satisfied with this purchase.*Post Purchase Update #1: I received a phone call today from Tiffany at SPN Performance in regard to the damaged cable. Do NOT buy if you want Ethernet / ARC support even though the product title says it supports this functionality.

The product title says it supports Ethernet and ARC but couldn’t for the life of me get it to work. Bought the Pyle HDMI tester (PHCT85) and spotted that the pins required for this are not wired. Basically the title for this product is a lie - do NOT buy if you want Ethernet or ARC. For the misrepresentation, I would have liked to have given a zero rating.Frustrating thing is I only have one box left as the recycling has picked up the others and will probably not be able to return the faulty items.

Good cable, but then need to learn how to loosen up

Good set of cables, works for what I needed it for. Only complaint, cables are a bit stiff and difficult to maneuver around objects in my entertainment center. Not sure if they loosen over time, but thought I should note it either way. For what paid for the set, I’m OK with the stiffness.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Update: March 28, 2016 - Vendor sent me an email today, informing me that they have read my review and offered an explanation as to why their cables were as stiff as they were: “You say it’s a great product at a great price. Your only concern seems to be the stiffness of the cables. Please note we use a hard gauge to make sure the cable will last in time. It makes it a little stiff but the cable will be well protected and will last longer than most of other cables.“This does not change my original review of the cables, but does shed some insight into the product purchased. Closer review of the product’s description does not note this, but they do highlight “extra shielding” and “braided jacket”, both of which can cause a cable to become more stiff. If you have an intricate entertainment system setup like I do, this stiffness can cause some unwanted slack in the cable. I’ve learned to compensate this by purchasing longer cables to ensure the cables reach end-to-end.So, the cables are good quality and can be a bit interesting to work with around tight corners, but that wont stop me from purchasing another set should a need arise.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Update: April 4, 2016 - Vendor has been very responsive toward my issue and sent me replacement cables to help correct my issue with the cables. New cables are the same good quality build as the previous ones, but this time they were long enough that they had enough slack in them to fish around my entertain center with more ease. Due to the great customer service I’ve received, I’ve updated my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

The prices the Big Box stores charge is a total rip-off. These cables are better made than ones that sell for $20-$50 at Best Buy and includes a few extras too boot..
