Not pleased

I was excited to receive this item so I could sanitize toys in the house and video game controllers but when I received it, it doesn’t work properly not because the science isn’t there but because the unit itself is poorly made and doesn’t turn on easily once it does it’s a mere flicker of light and then it’s back out again. I would very much like a replacement or my money back.

Ultraviolet UV wand

VERY disappointed. Purchased as a gift and didn’t work. Also when I tried to replace it, there were no more left and had to start all over again. Very embarrassing for me… unhappy purchaser.

Works every time

Used on Mold and it disappeared after 3 days. Using in the kitchen in areas that are hard to clean.
