Uses one SD/SDHC memory card, up to 32GB, for storing imagery(sold seperately)
Don’t miss that perfect shot with the Vivitar’s VXX14 Selfie Cam digital camera. With 20.1 megapixels, 4x digital zoom and high definition photo and video capabilities, you’ll produce crystal clear imagery. This camera is also perfect for that famous Oscar-like selfie with 1.8” preview and 180 degree rotating screen. With self timer included, everyone will be ready for that award winning picture. Available SD card(not included) support allows for many expandable memory options to record every moment.
For the price, it’s okay. Got this for my daughter (2.5 years old) so she could start playing with a camera. Only reasons I got it was because it had a viewing screen and it was at a good price point since she will likely break it. So far, she enjoys playing with it. I haven’t tried taking any outdoor pics with it and most of the shots she takes are very blurry (if she can manage to keep her fingers from blocking the lens. I’m an experienced photographer and this camera is quite terrible at taking indoor photos, but what can you expect at this price point and at 14.1 MP. See the attached photo. I and they were both moving but it was literally the best shot we had on her memory card. Picture quality compares to an old flip phone camera. Also, it does do videos but they are pretty poor quality. They have sound as well. For still pictures, you can use flash if you turn off “macro” located on the side of the camera. Took a while to find that -.-The batteries randomly pop out which is really annoying. We have a second child who is under one and loves to eat everything SO yeah. The one that got shipped to me was the red version. I would have rather had the black but it said color may vary so can’t really get angry about that. It is weird to me that the black flips up and the red flips sideways. The way the screen is attached seems flimsy and it will likely break off before anything else fails. Doubt these are actually vivitar…likely just cheap knockoffs with the name on the front. It does not come with a memory card (or batteries) so make sure you buy one if you end up purchasing this camera. I would not recommend it and would not buy again myself. But since we have it, she’ll use it till it breaks or until she’s old enough to appreciate a more expensive one.
i wish to return this item because while on vacation the battery compartment kept popping open and the batteries fell out. this is not exceptable i love the camera but it ruined many pics because of this. i just got back the 30th of sept and before i go again i want a good camera in the color i ordered light purple.i keep trying to get to a site for returns but it keeps sending back to this site. please help. I bought this for my 8-year-old grandson to use on our trip. He loved it. Perfect size and operation for a first digital camera. He loved it.
Takes decent pictures. Easy to use and a good amount of storage.
Don’t waste your money. Buy a Camera not a toy
Husband uses it easily.
poor quality
Super cheap feel and look. Might as well buy a more upgraded camera even for a child
nice camera
Yes this is a cheep camera. You have to hold it VERY still to get a so-so photo. My mom took it on vacation and none of the photos are worth the money to print out.
It’s a good little camera I did wish it could char the battery when I attach to the computer. but go for traveling on for my artwork phots . Thanks.
Did not work… Returned it… Received a full refund
the controls while fairly standard for this class of camera are a bit confusing. picture quality is very good when uploaded to my laptop it drains my freshly recharged batteries…
Very small and very difficult to use. I sent it back.
Way too small
