Economy-priced Vizio sound bar is a good value

It provides pretty good sound for an economy priced sound bar. Certainly better than the TV speakers provide. Better base and treble separation and the remote allows you to adjust to suit your listening preferences. The remote is reliable and easy to use. I like the feature that turns the sound bar off automatically after the tv is turned off. Excellent value for the money.

A Good Choice for a Smaller Sound Bar

This sound bar was easily connected to our TV and it produces excellent audio. The bass and treble can be adjusted along with the usual volume control. The smaller size of this unit is just perfect for a smaller TV, but the quality of the sound does not suffer. There are controls on the top of the sound bar as well as those on the remote control included with the device.The fit and finish of the Vizio sound bar is quite good and the bar seems solid.

Good solution for tv in a corner. Our Visio tv projects the sound backwards, and when we moved it into the corner of our loft with 20’ ceilings, my husband couldn’t hear anything. So we bought this, sat it on the tv stand right in front of the tv and we’re in like Flint.

Poor sound and volume control

The sound is okay if you’re hoolked up through an optical cable. Bluetooth sound is meh… And you have to fiddle with all the TruSurround and other branded nonsense to make it (kinda) work.The TruVolume works pretty well and it’s one of the main reasons I got this. To use at night to even out some of the loud TV/movie sounds. Sometimes it gets confused and gets a bit quiet after a pause in sound. But it works okay.The biggest issue is the volume control. This thing assumed you want to rattle the sound bar off the table. Connecting my phone through Bluetooth I could only turn it up about 15% before it got too loud and distorted. The difference in volume between each step is waaaaay too much. It’s either too soft or too loud.

Don’t buy this sound bar unless you know that it will work on your TV

I have tried and tried to connect this sound bar to my TV. I even called Vizo and they couldn’t seem to figure it out asking me if I had certain ports on my Vizo 24 inch TV that…
