My expectations were met. I needed to add (1 screw nut) for every M4x12 bolt-f.Please review pictures, each bolt did not flush to the back of lcd tv.I do recommend product.
WALI Articulating TV LCD Monitor Wall Mount, great product
I purchased this mount to use in my R V. I mounted it inside the entertainment cabinet on the side, which allows me to swivel it to the livingroom side on the front or to the bedroom on the back. The mount is very sturdy and does not sag even a little. I did a lot of research before buying this particular mount, and I must say I am very pleased, with the mount and the price. Very excellent product.
Strong Wall Mount Monitor Arm - Quality Material!
3 Month Update:Well the arm is still in use and working flawlessly. It is just as snug and tight as it was the day it was mounted. We move it daily for work and TV and as I said, still works flawlessly. Out of the several boom arms that we have owned over the years, this is clearly the winner. And Wali’s double desk arm that also use is an absolute TANK and is also still going strong! Great products.She says…This is a nice sturdy wall mount. Very strong materials used and has two swing points to adjust viewing. It can sit flat against the wall or be swung out depending upon what view is needed. We’ve used others before, but this is a heavier material which shows it will handle the weight well. We both are happy with this and recommend it as a good TV wall mount.He says…Being my wife and I recently set up a home office with a standing desk (new thing for us). We didn’t want to just mount the monitor to the wall, but to be able to also view it from the main desk as well as a sitting area. This arm takes care of what we were looking for as it sits flush against the wall and then swings out on 2 pivot points allowing a number of viewing options and reaching all of our areas. It is plenty strong enough to handle our outdated heavy Acer VGA monitor. So the more modern monitors will have no issues. I would recommend you find a stud to mount it to over drywall anchors. Measure hole distance, not screen size.
Update: I was missing a part, but it’s been taken care of now.I have only attached the arm to the wall. I haven’t attached the adapter and plate to the back to the TV so I can hang it, yet. I will update again when I do.Sidebar:I don’t understand the reviews saying “Doesn’t work with a 20” TV. Sure it does. The screen size is completely different than the way it mounts. I am mounting a small TV, probably 24”, but it is a 200x200, so I have to use the adapter.All you have to do is find out the distance between the mounting holes on the back of your TV before you order and make sure it is compatible - NOT the screen size. The screen size matters, too, but just because your TV is the right screen size doesn’t mean it will have compatible mount holes.Just measure the distance (8in in my case, aka 200x200) and see if it will work with your TV before you order.
Great arm!
Great arm I use for work station monitor next to my desk so the monitor is out of the way until I need to use it to either setup a new pc or repair an existing pc. Very sturdy and easy to install!

This is a great product. It’s solidly built and fit my 200mmx200mm mounting holes on my television. It was easy to install, the directions were clear and left no guess work on how to properly install and use the mount. The mount itself is a 5 star, but I knocked a star off because the fittings are really tight at the articulating points on the arm; especially the point that attaches closest to the television. I have to work the arms back and forth for 15 or so minutes to get the joints loosened up enough to mount, and another 10 minutes to get them loose enough to use. I’m currently supporting the arm when moving the angle as I’m afraid that it may rip out of the wall or out of the back of the TV if I don’t offer a counter resistance to the direction I want to move the arm. It’s loosening up since I’ve been using it, but right out of the box it’s very tight.Overall, this is a great product. It offers great viewing no matter where I am in the room. I mounted a 24 inch TV on this and use it in my exercise room. No matter if I’m on the treadmill across the room, the spin bike in the middle of the room, or on the row machine closest to the TV I’m able to see the screen with no problems.I’d buy again if I ever need to mount another small TV.

Great mount 4 stars cause the bolts are crap and stripped very easily. I recommend getting good quality bolts 1⁄2 inch.
You get what you pay for… or worse
3 of the 4 screws that came with this mount broke off inside the holes on the back of my TV. Before you say, “You did it wrong!

Difficult to move and adjust. Fortunately I only need it to be stationary. If you need to be moving your monitor this wall mount isn’t for you.

Looks like a nice mount, BUT. Open box product, and the screws I need to mount my tv (part F in bag) were missing from the open parts bag.
