Not OE battery life. Not recommended for 4k video
I’ve purchased many different wasabi power batteries and I’ve always had good luck with them being close to OE battery life and quality. For some reason I am very disappointed by this set for the GX85. Shooting in 4k is demanding. But the battery randomly cuts out and shuts the camera off before the camera flashes a battery level warning. It does not offer the same performance as OE and the battery level bar doesn’t seem to be consistent with the actual capacity of the battery. Just overall disappointed but livable if only using the camera for stills
Good bang for the buck.
Batteries are good - I get approx. 90 min. per battery recording time in my Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX100 camera, shooting at 1080p HD. Have used other Wasabi batteries, and they also performed well. Charger contact pins may need slight adjustment from time to time to be sure they are making proper contact with the battery, which you’ll know if the red light comes on when you begin charging and turns green when charging is complete. I also own the Panasonic brand battery charger for this size battery. Performance is identical, in terms of charging time and fullness of charge. Customer service and communication from this company has been excellent.
Wasabi batteries fall out of the Wasabi charger?
The 2 Wasabi batteries that came with the charger keep falling out of it, yet my original Panasonic ZS100 battery charges and stays fine in the Wasabi charger. The Wasabi batteries must be a very tiny amount smaller so they fall out of it, although they look identical to the OEM battery with the naked eye. Normally not a big deal I could return it but I left for Spain for a month right after purchasing these products. So, I give the charger a 1 or even a zero. I’ve had to charge the batteries in the camera so far and they have worked.Update 9-20-17. Emailed with Wasabi and they replaced the battery charger and batteries. Things should work better now. Changed rating to 5 stars.

As always with Wasabi - the battries work well as expected - can’t tell the diff from the original battery. Even better - I bought them for my GX85 - which does not come with a dedicated charger. Now I have 3 batteries, AND a dedicated charger in addition to in-camera charging.
Great batteries and nice charger
Bought this battery and charger because panasonic does not offer external charger with camera. Used for a few months now and works great. Huge bonus having external charger. Ive used other wasabi products and have always had good luck. This is also working well. For the price makes a great spare battery.

Great price for 2 batteries/ charger and extra car charger. Batteries last the same as my Panasonic battery. Charger is not quick but does the job. My only worry is the charger doesn’t have the same amount of pins as the battery making me worry about the life of my batteries in the long run.

I’ve used the Wasabi brand batteries in the past for another camera and recently purchased this one for the Panasonic ZS100. I rotate these 2 with the original Panasonic brand battery and have not seen any difference in usage. The charger is great as I prefer not to charge the battery in-camera. The Wasabi feels a tiny bit looser in the charger than the Panasonic, but still charges properly. A big savings compared to the cost of a Panasonic battery.
The external charger is key!
Solid product. Batteries seem to last just as long as the originals and having an external charger is great instead of plugging a usb to the GX85. The battery level changes as you use the battery (at least the ones I received do) and I haven’t had any random shut offs.

Satisfactory alternative for LX100 batteries
These Wasabi batteries work well with a Panasonic LX100 camera. They are presumably fine for other models that use the same BLE9 battery type.
