Non-functional/gimmick.
The standard water picks do a better job… Don’t waste your money. If you really need to but a specific tip for the job and a standard one isn’t to your liking I recommend the brush attachment for tongue cleaning.

Don’t waste your money
Like others have said this doesn’t really work like I was hoping. Even on high there is not enough water pressure to do any more good than a simple tongue scraper.
