Works OK but reliability has been a problem.
Not a very reliable power supply. Replaced the original one after about 2 years with a universal power supply from Radio Shack. This one lasted a bit over a year or so. Decided to go back to the Wilson spec power supply. That one lasted a week. Amazon replaced it promptly and the replacement is still working as of this review. I am not holding my breath. The Wilson 3G amplifier works very well - it really deserves a more robust power supply.
Perfect match for Wilson mobile booster
Works fine with my Wilson Mobile 4G booster, and allows me to use the booster out of my vehicle when needed. Seems to be made well enough, although its’ your basic, standard power supply. Although it’s kind of a pain to move the booster, antenna, and wiring out of the car, if you are vacationing somewhere for a week and need a booster, it’s nice to have the flexibility.

great product and price
Just what I needed for Wilson 460108 5 band Repeater.
While traveling country in an RV, I’d been using cheap 120V to 12V Cig lighter adapter to Power my “Wilson Mobile 50db 5-Band SmarTech III Repeater Kit - 460108”. After the 3rd one died in less than 3 years, and moving into a house, I looked for a direct plug in 120V AC adapter to supply the DC voltage my Wilson 460108 needed. This is exactly what I was looking for and has been working great.
Works Perfectly!
This is the normal plug for my 4g amp. Since I storm chase, I have severel different ways for power. This was the simplest way to mount and power the device. Works Perfectly!

Highly recommended for indoor use
Excellent device to make your vehicle cell booster work indoors. I recommend, would buy again, and I hope this helps someone.
Burns out just like the 12v outlet piece of junk.
The 120v lasted 3 months, a month longer than the junk 12v outlet plug. But still Wilson can’t seem to make a power plug for portable cell signal booster.
