This is a really good projector case. Thanks to the other commentators I ordered it. I did not understand how the foam insert work but now that I ordered it custom fit it to my projector I am very impressed. I just laid the projector on the foam, and then plucked out the foam to the size of the projector. The foam has cuts in it so it pulls apart easy yet still is tightly held together. I place the projector in the projector hole size in the foam. Then lay the USB, HDMI, electrical cords and remote control on top of the foam and shut the door.I had to take my projector to a convention and hand it off for various presentations so knew it would pass through a lot of hands and situations so i ordered this. Happy on all accounts.
It’s not a pelican case in that it not waterproof as it does not have a gasket to seal the contents in. It does not have a locking feature either. Woudl have to zip tie it around the handle of that were a need. Only because it is not waterproof and does not have a locking feature, I did not give it a 5-star rating. I bought it for the price point and was not intending to subject it to the environment nor do I need it to lock. My use is for transportation from one office to another to keep projectors from getting damaged in the process and for that purpose, this unit work just fine. Comes with cushion padding that is sectioned for easy tear away for fitting whatever needs to go into the dimensions offered.
Bought for my overhead to tote from meeting to meeting. It is a good case but not REAL solid like a Pelican. Not bad, but not great.
Customizable foam can be used to fit an Epson Home Cinema 2045. Also fits the Epson VS240 projector. Would buy again.
Love this case. Purchased it for the projector we use for office meetings. fits like a glove.
Very rugged and easy to customize to fit the projector
Case is rugged and will hold up. Looks like it would survive in airplane cargo hold if that is what you intend to use it for. The do it yourself insert leaves a lot to be improved upon. It barely holds the Epson Projector, power cord and a couple HDMI cables. I think a cloth briefcase with a home made insert will do the job and provide more flexibility
The guys at work were really impressed with this case. I feel like it’s sturdy enough to check with the rest of my luggage. This case may be a little more expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for.
Easy to use, perfect for toting around a projector!
It’s light and sturdy, quite easy to customize, but not enough room for the accessories. Just the projector and remote control, no cables.
Great. I travel with the projector, and it really is padded and secure
Nice case and great protection for projector.
Gives good protection for my projector.
Verygood
This case is awesome. I love the flexibility of being able to customize it to your needs. Traveling with a projector and I feel confident that this case will keep it protected.
