Simply must have for everyone!

The best purchase I’ve made in a long time! I sit at the desk most of the day and with this wheel I can pop mid and upper back bones back in place instantly. I am using it every day for very basic backbends and some stretches. I am exploring more exercises when time permits, but even with my limited use it’s been great benefit for my back. Overall I had it for few months and use it almost every day. That’s the only fitness device that doesn’t collect dust in my house :)

I love it! Great price, and came with a little poster guide plus strap. The colors are awesome, I was waiting to find a dharma wheel that wasn’t black and blue. I got the purple and pink and couldn’t be happier! I am 5’4 and the wheel is perfect for me.

This thing works amazing, gave a great stretch and back crack. Very strong and supportive and I’m not a light weight either, 200+ pounds and it held up great!
