Good Machine
Pros: The Yuneec Typhoon H so far is pretty good. I like the ST16 controller, and the machine itself flies and handles well.The first few experiences are a little harrowing, but I think that’s mostly the extreme fear of crashing such an expensive bird - Even being somewhat experienced flying drones doesn’t seem to alleviate that.The firmware updates are a little fussy, but after an evening of fiddling and message board searching it appears to have been handled.The built in No fly Zone programming is asinine, but after several rounds with customer service, a signed liability release form and some more fiddling got that fixed.Cons:The packaging from Ritz was awful. The factory typhoon packaging was well done and secure in it’s carrying case, but it was just thrown in a box with all the bundled stuff from Ritz - just a mess. The tape job wasn’t terribly secure and one of the 32gb sd cards was missing. Not sure if it wasn’t included originally, or if it fell out of one of the gaping holes in the box during transit.

I LOVE my TH Pro! This package is a must for someone looking to become a hobbyist or wanting to hone their skills to be a Remote PIC (Commercial UAV Pilot)! I have flown numerous times and have never crashed the unit, loss signal, or had a fly away. Yuneec offers firmware updates frequently that only enhances the features and functionality of this bird.

Did a lot of research on drones, so glad I purchased this one. I only had the small toy drones until this one. All I can saw is WOW. So easy to fly and take great pics and video. Tons of reviews and information on how to fly on web. Make sure to fly in a open field the first time you and read directions. I know this is common sense, but there are a few things that you need to know before flight. Like take off in angle mode, don’t turn on object avoidance until in flight.Oh and the wizard wand…..unbelievable
Sold a returned, damaged, and previously opened Drone
Just received this today and it had the following issues:Just got this package today, was so excited. Opened it 30 minutes ago and this is what I found.1. 4 of the rotor arms broken, would not click into place.2. One landing skid was broken, would not seat and was loose.3. One gimble shock missing entirely, one unseated and the gimble wobbling around.4. The gimble protector was loose sitting at the bottom of the box.5. The gimble camera hub cover was missing, not in the box.6. Boxes within had been opened and were scratched, all stickers (protective and labels) had been removed and reapplied.7. Some random hardware, looked like clips or something was loose at the bottom of the box.This was a previously returned drone. Dissapointed in Ritz Camera.

This is by far the best value on the market right now at the prosumer level. I’ve flown DJI products before and there is no comparison. The photo and video quality is amazing. As soon as you start unpacking you will notice the quality of everything is superior. Love the carbon fiber.. retractable landing gear.. and of course the backpack. The controller is intimidating at first compared to the DJI product but once you learn the functions can quickly get comfortable. I am just now playing around with the smart modes and really feel like they will take my footage to the next level. I highly recommend if you are getting into the drone business!
Item was unusable out of the box
I ordered a Yuneec typhoon H pro with intelrealsense. Item was supposed to be new/never used. Upon opening the soft backpack I noticed the drone was heavily damaged and items were missing. Missing items were a battery, SD card and camera kit. The drone was to damaged to even try and use so I immediately returned it to Amazon.

The drone itself was great. Came with all the standard items that would be shipped from Yuneec. The description states that it comes with 2 sets of props, mine did not. Mine did not come with a full cleaning set that is dicribed and pictured. There was no neck strap for the ground station in my box. Other than that it’s still the average price for the unit with the stuff that it comes with.It is a great drone for the price. People say the camera isn’t that great. But I think it’s a good camera
Not User Friendly!
Not user friendly. Flew three or four times then it fell out of the sky from 40ft and crashed. It’s to finicky and too easy to break and very expensive to repair.

NO SERVICE if you need a part. Makes an odd explination piece for you desk because you will not be flying it long….
Save your money and aggravation. Go DJI. No vertical collision avoidance. NO SERVICE if you need a part be ready for days for e-mail to be returned, hours on hold and less than…

Easy to control drone.The drone settings tool allows to change the maximum latitude of up to 1000 feet.
Fun to fly but not very durable
I purchased this product from Amazon. It was delivered on time and in good condition. I was able to understand the instructions although they were rather complex.
